Management Plan 2008-2011
Council has prepared it's Management Plan for the next three (3) years as required by Section 402 of the Local Government Act 1993. The Plan outlines Council's long term strategic goals and actions to be taken during the next three years towards implementing these goals.
The Management Plan also provides information on:-

Capital Works Program
- A list of Services provided by Council
- Sale of Council's Assets
- Principal Activities of a Business or Commercial Nature
- Activities to properly manage, develop, protect, restore, enhance and conserve the Environment
- Statement of Revenue Policy including Estimates of Council's Income and Expenditure 2008-2011 including proposed special rate variation of 5.3% above the permissible limit.
