Pursuant to Section 56(2) and 57 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, notice is hereby given of the public exhibition of draft Planning Proposal for Lot 9 DP 1009184, Serenity Way, Vacy.
The Draft Planning Proposal aims to:
Affect a change in zone of the subject land from Zone SP2 to Zone R5 Large Lot Residential and the classification of the subject lands to Category “X” Minimum Lot Size 8000m2 under the provisions of the Dungog Local Environmental Plan 2014.
The Draft Planning Proposal will be on public exhibition from Wednesday 22 February 2017 until Friday 31 March 2017 during ordinary business hours at the following locations:

Persons wishing to comment on the Draft Planning Proposal should do so in writing to Council’s General Manager, Dungog Shire Council, PO Box 95, DUNGOG NSW 2420. Submissions should be received no later than 4.30pm on Friday 31 March 2017.
In accordance with the Local Government and Planning Legislation Amendment (Political Donations) Act 2008, any person making a written submission after 1 October 2008 – either for or against a proposal – must also make a disclosure if the person has made a reportable political donation. If relevant, please include a completed “Political Donations Disclosure Statement” form with your submission. This form can be found on Council’s website at www.dungog.nsw.gov.au or obtained from Council’s Customer Service Counter.
