Lot 20 DP 729796, Prince Street Clarence Town
Pursuant to Section 56(2) and 57 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, notice is hereby given of the public exhibition of draft Planning Proposal for Lot 20 DP 729796, Prince Street, CLARENCE TOWN.
The Draft Planning Proposal aims to:
Amend Schedule 4 of Dungog Local Environmental Plan 2014 by reclassifying the Clarence Town Court House Museum building on Lot 20 DP 729796, Prince Street Clarence Town within the Dungog Local Government Area from community land to operational land.
The Draft Planning Proposal will be on public exhibition from Thursday 17 November 2016 until Friday 20 January 2017 during ordinary business hours at the following locations:
- Council’s Administration Building, 198 Dowling Street, Dungog
- Dungog Public Library, 17 Mackay Street, Dungog
- Clarence Town Rural Transaction Centre, 116 Prince Street, Clarence Town
- Dungog Council’s website – www.dungog.nsw.gov.au
Persons wishing to comment on the Draft Planning Proposal should do so in writing. To Council’s General Manager, Dungog Shire Council, PO Box 95, DUNGOG NSW 2420. Submissions should be received no later than 4.30pm on Friday 20 January 2016 and should quote reference number EF14/73.
In accordance with the Local Government and Planning Legislation Amendment (Political Donations) Act 2008, any person making a written submission after 1 October 2008 – either for or against a proposal – must also make a disclosure if the person has made a reportable political donation. If relevant, please include a completed “Political Donations Disclosure Statement” form with your submission. This form can be found on Council’s website at www.dungog.nsw.gov.au or obtained from Council’s Customer Service Counter.
