Rezoning Applications
Dungog Local Environmental Plan (LEP) 2005 provides the statutory framework for planning throughout the Council area. This LEP identifies land use zones and planning provisions.
A "rezoning" is a statutory process to amend an LEP.
The process itself is time consuming and requires the support of Council, the community and State Government.
