The Temporary Event Food Guidelines have been developed to ensure the sale of food at temporary events is safe for the gerneral public to consume.
The Guidelines have been designed for Food Stall Operators to give guidance in the construction and fitout of the stall, the operation of the stall and Food Safety Practices by the operator.
