Martins Creek Quarry Update
An appeal against the Land and Environment Court judgement on the lawfulness of the Martins Creek Quarry operations, lodged by quarry operators, has been set down for May 6-8, 2019, in the NSW Court of Appeal.

The signed Consent Orders in the Martins Creek Quarry case are available for viewing below.
Dungog Shire Council is providing a Bulky Waste Clean-Up. This will allow collection of larger items and will enable items suitable for recycling to be diverted from landfill thereby maximising the life of this valuable resource. The annual Kerbside Green Waste clean-up will still be conducted later this year.
At the Ordinary Meeting held on 19 December 2018 Council resolved to place a Draft Road Encroachments on Private Land Policy on public exhibition.
The draft Policy may be viewed online in the ‘News’ section of Council’s website or in person at Council’s Administration Centre, Dungog, for a period of 28 days.
