Pursuant to Sections 3.34(2)(c) and Schedule 1 Clause 4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979, notice is thereby given of the public exhibition of a draft Local Environmental Plan (LEP) to rezone land at Lot 2 DP 810011, No 2 Chapman Street, Dungog from Zone SP2 Infrastructure (Rail Infrastructure Facility) to Zone R1 General Residential under Dungog Local Environmental Plan 2014.
The Draft Planning Proposal and Gateway Determination will be on public exhibition from Wednesday 7 November 2018 until Thursday 22 November 2018 during ordinary business hours at the following locations:
• Council's Administration Building, 198 Dowling Street, Dungog
• Dungog Public Library, 17 Mackay Street, Dungog
Persons wishing to comment on the Draft Planning Proposal should do so in writing addressed to the General Manager, Dungog Shire Council, PO Box 95, DUNGOG NSW 2420. Submissions should be received no later than 4.30 pm Thursday 22 November 2018 and should quote reference number TPA 361/11.
