Council at its meeting of 18 April 2018 resolved to place proposed amendments to flood planning controls in the Dungog area on public exhibition. Interested parties are invited to review the proposed amendments and have their say on them.
The proposed amendments are to Dungog Local Environmental Plan 2014 (DLEP 2014) and Dungog Development Control Plan No 1 (DDCP) and relate to a proposed change to the Flood Planning level in the Dungog “tail water” area and amendments to the Development Control Plan.

You can look at the Flood Planning map and see how it affects your property here.
On this map, you can type in your property address and the map will show the extent of the current Flood Planning Level and the proposed Flood planning Level.
