Tell us about rural land use in Dungog Shire

Dungog Shire Council is consulting on a Rural Land Strategy, which will feed into the next Local Environmental Plan. It will help guide future zoning, land use policy and the sustainable growth and management of rural lands within the Shire. It will also identify opportunities for agricultural diversification, tourism opportunities; identify high value environmental land, and areas suitable for rural residential growth.
