We are currently reviewing staff and volunteer resources to determine when the VIC can be safely reopened to the community. This is anticipated to occur no earlier than Monday 20 September.
Building and compliance inspections will continue as normal, with environmental health, on-site sewage system and food inspections gradually reintroduced, subject to social distancing requirements.
We are currently reviewing the updated NSW Health Orders in relation to the requirements around our capital works program. Once details are confirmed, we will adhere to these requirements to continue our scheduled program of works.
Caravan Parks
Caravan and holiday parks are permitted to reopen for travellers, excluding those subject to Stay at Home Orders.
Williams River Holiday Park manages a booking system which can discern the address of all bookings and will reopen. Dungog Showground will remain closed at this time.
Thank you for your patience and cooperation as we work to safely reopen all council services. We will continue to update you as further developments occur.
