New Clarence Town Bridge The new Clarence Town Bridge is one of Dungog Shire Council's biggest infrastructure projects, providing the people of Dungog Shire a safe, secure and reliable crossing over the Williams River. It will allow for semi-trailers of at least 45.5 tonnes and 68-tonne B-Doubles – more than double the load capacity of the existing bridge.
New Gresford Bridge Dungog Shire Council is delivering a new crossing over the Paterson River for the people of Gresford.With joint funding from the Commonwealth and NSW Governments under the Betterment Funding program, the project will replace the aging Gresford Suspension Bridge which connects Gresford to an isolated community to the west of the Paterson River.
