The NSW State Emergency Service (SES) is the lead agency for floods and storms. NSW SES has all the relevant vital information for preparedness and action during floods and storms.

Call NSW SES on 132 500 if:

You are trapped by flood waters
Need assistance when floodwater is threatening your property
Require supply or resupply of essential items if your property is isolated

Be prepared and aware by:

Understanding your official warnings from SES
DO NOT drive through flood waters
DO NOT walk through rising flood waters
Stay indoors and clear from windows
If outdoors, seek secure shelter away from drains, waterways, trees and power line.
