We understand that a missed bin or a damaged lid can be a major inconvenience. To get your service back on track as quickly as possible, please follow the steps below.
How to Lodge a Report
To ensure your request is tracked and actioned, please contact JR Richards directly using one of the following methods:
Note: Please report missed bins within 24 hours of your scheduled collection day to ensure a recovery vehicle can be dispatched to your area.
Information You Will Need
When contacting the service provider, please have the following details ready:
- Property Address: The exact location where the bin is located.
- Service Type: Specify if it is Red (General Waste) or Yellow (Recycling).
- Nature of Issue: Missed collection, damaged bin, or stolen bin.
- Placement: Confirm the bin was out by 6:00 AM and placed at the kerbside.
