DURHAM ROAD, GRESFORD
CREST TO PARK STREET INTERSECTION UPGRADE
Durham Road Construction Works Notice
As part of our commitment to improving the infrastructure in our community, we'd like to inform you of the work scheduled to take place for the week of August 5th to August 9th.
Here's what to expect:
Monday 5th August – Place and compact pavement material
Tuesday 6th August – Concrete kerb and gutter works
Wednesday 7th August – Concrete kerb and gutter works
Thursday 8th August – Import, trim, and compact base course
Friday 9th August – Import, trim, and compact base course
Please be advised that the construction activities listed above are highly sensitive to weather conditions, and wet weather, in particular, will influence the contractors’ ability to carry out certain tasks and will have an impact on the productivity of the contractor. The listed activities will be affecting residents’ access to their properties. The anticipated traffic management changes will affect residential access to property. The Contractor will liaise directly with those affected residents throughout this period. If you have concerns with driveway access, please talk directly with the Fulton Hogan Project Manager.
Looking further ahead to the week of 12-16th August, the forecast construction program has the contractor installing, importing, and trimming pavement materials in preparation for stabilisation and seal.
Thank you again for your cooperation and patience as continue to carry out these essential works.
