Code of Meeting Practice

Following the passing of a disallowance motion against the Local Government (General) Amendment (Model Code of Meeting Practice) Regulation 2025 in the NSW Legislative Council on 26 May 2026, Council is required to rescind the Dungog Shire Council Code of Meeting Practice 2025, adopted at its meeting of 10 December 2025. Rescinding this document reinstates the previous Code of Meeting Practice adopted at Council's meeting of 16 July 2025.

Please note that all other versions of the Code of Meeting Practice are no longer valid.
