Council Christmas / New Year Period Arrangements 2023 / 24

The Mayor, Councillors and Staff of Dungog Shire Council would like to wish the residents of Dungog Shire a safe and Merry Christmas, and a happy New Year!

Works Depot From 4.30pm on Thursday 21 December 2023 Tuesday 2 January 2024
Dungog Waste Management Facility Closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day and will operate normal hours at all other times over the Christmas period.
Visitor Information Centre

Closed from 12.00 noon on Friday 22 December 2023 and will re-open on Wednesday 27 December 2023

Also closed New Year's Day and re-opening Tuesday 2 January 2024

 

 

 

 

 









  There will be a reduced number of depot staff providing essential services throughout the Christmas/New Year Period.  

EMERGENCY CONTACT: For all after-hours incidents relating to our local roads and bridges, please call 0407 721 224.

A staff Christmas function will take place from 1pm to 3pm on Friday 15 December 2023. Council's Administration Centre, Waste Facility, Depot, Library and Visitor Information Centre facilities will all be closed from 12 noon on 15 December 2023 to allow staff to attend this function.
