Clarence Town Flood Risk Management Plan

At its meeting on 18th February 2014, Council resolved to place its Draft Flood Risk Management Study and Plan on Public Exhibition. The Study and Plan aims to:

  • Identify and assess measures for the mitigation of existing flood risk along with planning and development controls to reduce future flood risks,
  • Present a recommended plan that outlines the best possible measures to reduce flood damages in the Clarence Town Locality.


Draft Dungog Heritage Study Review 2013

At the Ordinary Meeting held on 15 October 2013 Council resolved to exhibit the Dungog Heritage Study Review 2013. On exhibition will be the thematic history of the Dungog Shire titled “A History in Three Rivers: Dungog Shire Heritage Study Thematic History” prepared by Dr Michael Williams and assessment of 34 potential heritage items and archaeological sites.
